Hey Guys,
I used to have 1977 320 BMW years ago. The car had a Medical Emergency Kit that looked
like a pillow full of medical stuff. I just purchased my E90 and it does not seem to have
a Medical Kit. Can you please let me know if the E90s have medical kit?

No first-aid kit, but has a spot for it in the trunk.

u can buy that first aid kit from bmw. it doesn't come with the car for free
i was thinking of that too when i got my E46 1999, also didn't have that first aid kit.
checked the manuel, page for first aid has a * , so should be an option that you need to pay $ to get.

first aid and triangle are provided in Europe but not in US nor Canada
if u want them sure u can get from bmw or other places with $$$$

Thanks | That was the First Aid pillow, and I still have mine.
This was not standard for U.S. cars; for U.S. cars, it was added to cars delivered in Munich only.
Same is true now - it is included if you pick up the car in Munich but not if it is a stateside delivery.
