Is there a connector to the outside fin antenna under the dash somewhere?

I have cell phone that I would like to connect to that antenna when I get into areas that don't have great cell reception. Aftermarket outside cellphone antennas have easy to connect cables that click right into the back of most cell phones. Does anyone know if our friends at BMW left an easy to find connector somewhere - one that we can easily attach to a cable?
