In my 330i with iDrive, I noticed the other day that CDs I've burned with Nero display the artist and title along the bottom of the circular CD "image" in the control display. But CD's burned with iTunes don't.
I believe the difference is that Nero extracts the ID3 tag info from MP3's and stores it as CD Text when making an audio CD. But iTunes doesn't support this. Does anyone have a utility that might make iTunes store CD Text when it's burning CD's?

Hey everyone, this is my first post, wooopeee!!!! Uhm, i dont have i-drive on my 330i but i figured out from other forums that you can view the track title and author on a regular display by converting all of your ID3tags to v1.X. The most up-to-date itunes uses v2.4 or something around there. You can convert all of the tags by right clicking on a song in itunes and selecting "Convert ID3 tags..." However, if you do this, you might lose some of the newer cd/track information that is stored on the v2.X tags.

What about iTunes on your computer? Does iTunes pick up the id tags? If not, that may be your problem, because my iTunes on my PC picks up all the id tags, song and artist, from my CD's. Maybe it's a matter of a setting on your PC software not being set.
