Hating my 325 and the dealer!!

Anyone else having any issue with the car not staying in place and constantly driving off to the right and have to be constantly steered to keep in the center like an old Buick??

Also the steering wheel vibrating at about 45 to 60 miles!

The car has been in service twice and today I picked it up after a week - No loaner(they said they were ruinning some testa nd also swaped tire from another 2006-325i) although the acknowledge the problem and said they have address it by doing the alighment twice and a high speed road balancing but it is still doing it maybe even worse then before!! Any ideas???

Also, the car had about 80 more miles after I picked it up after a week!! Should I be pissed and complain to a higher authority. The dealer said it was due to test drives

Trade it in for a Lexus.

If you have the sports pack it is going to happen and has been posted about before all over the place. If it is, it is called tram-lining, it is due to the wider staggered setup on the car getting caught between the "ruts" in the road. Improper tire pressure significantly increases the likelyhood of this happening. This happens on all cars with smaller sidewalls and wider footprint tires.
If this is not the issue, it maybe "flatspots" in the tires, this occurs with runflats if they sit with the improper pressure because the sidewall is trying to support the weight of the car instead of the air pressure, this was a common issue with early E90's b/c the pressures were not correct. Make sure the tire pressure is correct, the flatspots should work there way out after some driving. If this doesn't help, I have no clue and have not heard of it before, unless your dealership sucks and has no clue how to do an alignment.
Best of luck

If the car is not tramlining, find another dealer service center.

You my have a legit problem but this dealer seems to be sick of dealing with you and the car, and are jacking you around.

haven't had any issues. Find a different dealer and call BMW NA and complain. It is critical to the dealerships to get high marks and they suffer if they don't so I would definetly say something.

I did check the tire pressure several times but that was not the issue. I do not have the sports package either!

I guess they are playing with me and used my car as a loaner or something thus the 80+ miles on it when I picked it up!! The only problem is that the other dealership is about 65 miles away!! I will give them a call tomorrow.

I am seriously thinking about trading it in
