Except that the A4 is a generation behind the competition now and BMW has raised the bar higher than anyone imagined

I really wonder about the Lexus 0-60 number, very impressive for an automatic... I still love my 330i though. If Lexus does ever offer the IS350 in a manual it'd be interesting to look at.

I humbly submit that the most poignant aspect [and in fact the greater relevance] of this comparo is not that the e90 "won another one" but rather just how close several of the other competitors came to [and in some categories surpassed] the e90.
