Much to my dismay, over the weekend I found out first hand what others have been talking about on this board re: the seatbelt tick sound. I started to hear the high-pitched, tinny "tink" sound on Friday and it has been driving me batty ever since. It happens with even the slightest movement of the chest belt and it is RIGHT IN MY EAR.

There has been a lot of discussion about this problem, but does anyone know exactly what the problem is? I want to go into my dealership armed because I'm fully expecting them to either write me off as crazy or try to placate me by telling me that it is normal. I want to respond by telling them what the problem is and what needs to be done to fix it.
