I have "tier 1" credit - is that a good rate? Any incentives? Whats everybody else getting right now?

I got 4.54% / 36 months from Capital One two weeks ago.

just took out 5 years 4.74 from a local credit union and have excellent credit history.

Not a bad rate at all. At the dealership I work for the lowest we can get with tier 1 is 5.9. It could be much worse.
