Hey guys- Seeing the new 330 makes me second guess myself for jumping the gun and getting an 05 330xi 6 speed. I went in to Denville BMW (NJ) last night and they have, not sold yet, a black saph/black leather 330i 6 speed, premium, sport, no i-drive. I test drove it, and man was I impressed. But that could also be the coming from the all wheel drive to the rear wheel drive / more power. The power increase was definitly noticable and I love the seats. Anyway, I finished test driving and the guy said he could do it for $39700. That sounds like a fantastic price and I might see if I can get rid of the XI for it. I was just wondering if all dealers were throwing these kind of deals around on the E90. Thats basically $2500 off of MSRP on what I presume to be a pretty popular color combination with popular options on a brand new car, and even though I test drove it, it only had 17mi on it.

You could probably do better than that. I got my 2006 325i for a little over $600 over invoice @ Morristown BMW.
But the car has almost no options and it was on the lot.
A lot of time and patience goes a long way with sales ppl.

The car is supposedly getting hot, and dealers are giving out less and less deals. Perhaps they know they would have to give you a killer deal to part with your 05?
