Just picked up my car from Momentum BMW after I had the windows tinted. When the service man showed me the car, to my horror and disgust it was COVERED in bird sh*t. The car was just filthy. When I asked the service man who was putting my license plates on if it was safe to wash the windows as they have been tinted, his response was “ya, what do you want me to do, wash it?” in a real sarcastic voice. I was just wondering if this is average BMW service and if whom I should talk to about this AWEFUL service..

Unfortunately, it is becoming more and more common for this to be the way. My e90 will be my last.................

That's horrible! I have had sales reps like that, but thankfully the service dept at my dealership actually cares! Sorry to hear about that, I would have asked to speak to the manager...
