Has somebody figured out wether the E90 has the dreaded CDV or not?

Unlike the other CDVs I've seen, this one has a plastic body and simply clicks into place. I ordered a couple of them to see if they could be modified. So far, I haven't figured out how to do it without breaking the valve.

If itīs just clipped and input=output, canīt you just take it out and plug in the hydraulics line directly?
