 Comfort Access

I know there has been alot of discussion on this option, but wanted to make sure I understand everything.

It appears that having "Car Key Memory" is available whether or not you have this otion, so the only benefit is not having to reach for your keys (FOB) when you want to unlock your car, or having keys dangiling from dashboard when you are driving the car.

Is this correct?

Correct... what a deal for the low low price of $500.

Seems ridiculous if you ask me.

Didn't think it was necessary when I ordered my car a month ago and nothing I've seen or heard since has changed my mind.

Or the coolness factor. But I'm old school and need the feel of keys in my hand.

My dad's toyota prius has somthing like comfort access. It's pretty awesome, you put the key in your pocket, walk up to the car, grab the door handle and it unlocks. Then you just get in the car and hit the "start" button and drive off... with your key in your pocket the whole time. Then you get where you're going and you get out of the car and touch the button on the door handle and your car locks itself. I'm kind of disappointed that with everything i ordered for my car, my dad has me beat on this... oh, and fuel efficiency too, but that's a given... hahaha.

Is it really really worth it?

Also, would anybody know if I can add this option afterwards?
