 Finally picked up today!

I finally took delivery of my 330i this morning, and I have to say the experience was pretty nice. Hats off to my CA, Tathiana at Circle BMW in Shrewsbury, as well as Brian, the "Prep Tech" who took literally 45 minutes to show us every button, feature and idrive setting in the car. Awesome job! I'd definitely recommend these guys for a purchase. Now I hope the service dept. is just as good.

Anyway, I won't repeat what others have already stated about ride quality, etc.. The car functions amazingly and makes my passable driving skills seem much better! All I need to do now is practice my shifting. Many stalls today from a first-time stick-driver . Hey we all have to learn sometime, right?

I haven't even played with the stereo system yet because I've been so focused on driving!

Pics coming later - yes, it's another Titanium Silver. I don't care, I think it looks awesome and the rear spoiler looks great too!

Thanks to all for their great advice and shared experience. It definitely made the whole process easier. Really happy to be a member of this community!

I never got to test drive a manny e-90 . With other BMW mannys I have driven the engagement point of the clutch was real easy to find, almost at the very top of the clutch travel. Sit in a parking lot and try getting the car to move without using the accelerator. After you do it a few times you'll know where that "catch" point is. Then stalls should be a thing of the past. I think that learning the engagement point is one of the best things for a manny newbie.

Congrats and good luck!

Everytime I see a TiAg E90 330i with Sport Package, I'm reminded again why I chose that color.
I think the car body and wheel combo looks awesome!

The other colors look great also. I had a bit of a time deciding.
But seeing them in person, vs. on the internet, sealed the deal for me.

Enjoy!

Thx, Rabbit - Yes, in fact straight out of the dealer lot, around the corner I found the perfect parking lot to seek out that engagement point nirvana. I spent about an hour there building my confidence. It was the best thing I could've done. Already tonight I had to back the car into a tight garage - after all, it might rain tonight and my baby isn't getting wet yet if I can help it! It went much better than I thought. No scrapes, bruises or damage to either the car or my ego.

Here are the pix I promised:
