I enter my vin on the Wallenius Wilhelmsen website and it says "No tracking information is available for the Cargo ID you entered".
I call the 1-800 number and talk to someone in customer relations and they say that it is on a ship and that I would have to talk to my sales associate in order to find out what ship it is on.
I go visit my sales associate to pick out some accessories and ask him if he knows what ship it is on and he is clueless.
What gives....anyone else running into similar problems?

BTW - Anyone installed the aluminum pedals themselves? My dealer wants a labor fee to install. The labor fee exceeds the price of the pedals.
