Okay, I love everyone's rims, but after spending so much on a 325i, I'm on a budget! So what are my options? I'm considering replacing the stock 16-inch rims with new (affordable) aftermarket 16-inch rims and keeping the stock 325i tires. Is this possible? What would my installer do? "Unglue" the stock rims from the stock tires and then "glue" the aftermarket rims to the stock tires?

Anything's possible. Just make sure whoever does it knows what they are doing and doesn't switch your tires around. Also ask for a high profile wheel and mount. Should be pretty cheap at Gateway and service is good around here.

Did you order the Sport Package? Those wheels look nice on a 325i...!

I agree that the standard wheels are not good, but I think any 16s are not going to look good. Your best bet is the sport package. For the same price as nice 17 rims and tires you'll also get better suspension, steering wheel and seats. I have it and the whole package rocks.
