I know alot of you have mentioned Joern Esser (Passport BMW, MD) in past posts but I just want to reinterate what a quality person he is. He brings the whole package to the table. Not only will he give you one of the best Euro Delivery prices but he also has great first hand knowledge of the entire ED process. The fact that he is German adds to his resume. When you deal with Joern it's like dealing with a good friend. I've spent several long telephone conversations with him even after we closed the deal (very good deal for me). He will fill you in on any detail you need to know about Munich and the overall ED process. For those of you who are looking at the ED solution I strongly suggest you give Joern Esser a call before making a final decision. 301-702-6407 !! Feel free to mention my name.

I can second that recommendation. I spec'ed out a 330Cic in Mar 03 with Joen for ED and picked it up in Munich in Sept 03. Always found him to be very helpful and a genuinely nice guy.
He was definitely willing to deal.

From what I've read and my dealings with them, it sounds to me like Passport BMW is probably one of the most friendly, easiest to negotiate with dealers in the country. Too bad they're not in CA!
