 Southern California driving schools?

After I finally get my new 330i, any recommendations on where to learn to drive it. They say that 90% of all drivers believe they are in the top 10% of all drivers. I am in the 10% that is willing to admit I suck. I would really like to find a driving school where I could take a quick course to learn to drive my new baby at its potential. I am thinking shifting and cornering techniques, some defensive (hazard avoidance) driving stuff, and maybe a thing or to about bad weather driving and anything else I don't know that I don't know.

Check the calendars from the Pacific region BMW CCA chapters. They all hold classes at almost all the "local" tracks:

Los Angeles Chapter

Central California Chapter

Golden Gate Chapter

San Diego Chapter

Sin City Chapter

Sacramento Valley Chapter
