 E90 M-Styling Kit

Help me understand this. Do you purchase the styling kit to retrofit an E90 so it looks like an M-series or is this a package you purchase when you order the car like the Sport Package?

Thanks,

Whenever BMW introduces a new 3 series (or pretty much any new model), they offer sport package with larger wheels, better suspension, sport seats, steering wheel, etc but NOT the Mtech Aero kit. After a few year(s), the Aero kit is either part of sport package or an item that you can order with the car and have the dealer mount it when you buy the car. On the E46 the Mtech was standard with the ZHP.

So basically, if you purchase an e90 now, you will need to buy it later and retrofit.

From the pics, it looks kid of odd with the two fog light holes so close to the air dam, but it may be just camo panels covering the rest of it. And the two-tone on the bronze e90 with the kit is very early e36ish.
