Though we could start a list of the differences between the Euro and USA E90's
USA Differences so far are:
1) 325i is a 3.0L as opposed to euro 2.5L
2) Turn signal blink red instead of orange
3) 330i Airbox is different
4) 330i doesnt have same oil/water heat exchanger as euro model on front of engine
5) No TV function for USA
Any more ?

Any more ? | Well, if you consider option availability to be a difference, there are many:
(6) USA does not get Lemon leather as option
(7) USA does not offer professional radio/CD
(8) USA offers few optional wheels
(9) USA does not offer darker tinted glass
(10) USA offers Xenon lights without light washers, which are available as a separate option in the cold weather pkg
There is also a higher level of standard equipment for US cars, particularly on 330i models.
Things like power seats, moonroof, BMW Business radio/CD, hi-fi speakers, cruise control, etc.

US cars do not have the two rear power outlets for the rear seat passengers either.
