I'm thinking about ordering the new 330i, but I'm wondering if dealers will discount the car from MSRP at all, since it'll be so easy to sell for a while. Those of you who have ordered one.. what kind of deal did you get and what should I expect if I order one?

At this point it'd probably be best to wait another ~30 hours - official pricing information should be released at the NY auto show.
Then - let the celebration and ordering begin!
I've been in talks with dealers in several states and most of them have been up front about the "E90 - new release - if you want a preorder, you'll be MSRP on it." I suppose someone that wants to purchase a car sight unseen, without a test drive, without seeing one, without knowing its cost... Probably does not help with any leverage on price, given the obvious demand.

Hopefully the supply will be able to keep pace with the demand so that at least there's no price gouging.

Normal profit is about 8% over dealer invoice. My price will be 4% over.

Last one I bought I got a few hundred off, so I expect no more discount than that.
