How many times have you explained the ED process to a layman?
I would say a total of about 30x before I got the car. I would say about 8x so far since redelivery (about 2 weeks)...most coming from "how did you get those funky license plates?"

There are a couple threads on this already. Most that I explain the process to don't understand the reasoning/logic behind BMW doing this and are skeptical about the cost savings on the car.

One time I was explaining the ED process to a car salesguy at my local toyota dealer. So after about 2-3 minutes...he asked, where's Munich?

What did the Toyota sales man mean where is Munich.....Its in East LA...I am going to be there on Feb 27 picking up my car.

You should have then told him with a straight face that it is located just outside of Okinawa and then see what his next question is....
