just want to know if it is a standard procedure for a dealer to increase the money factor in a European Delivery lease by0.0003 e.g. current money factor on 330i is .0019 the dealer says since I may do a euro delivery they increase the money factor to .0022 does this sounds right?????????????????????

Yes... but, in exchange, BMWFS covers the 2nd payment which would occur while the vehicle was in transit (you pay the first payment upfront when you sign the contracts).

- BMW FS will pay the second payment for the customer (on lease only). This payment will appear on the customer's first invoice as a credit. If the customer opts for a Pre-Pay Lease, the total amount due should be reduced by one monthly payment.
- A lease rate adder of .0003 will be added to the published applicable rate for all ED leases.

The .0003 add will increase your total lease payments by about 1.3 payments...... they give you back one payment and keep the extra. So that Gumby Clock and the free sandwich isn't really free.
