 what ship is my car on?

My car was transported for Munich to Bremerhaven by Harms today. I asked them what ship it was schedule for, and when it was going to depart. They indicated they have no idea. Is there any way of determining this?

I sent 3 emails to Harms (Frankfurt) and they started off telling me they have no idea but today I had notification that it is on Elektra, departing Dec 8 and Arriving NYC Dec 22.

It has to sit at port fro 48 hrs apparently - and then I guess there is a backlog. Mine will be at the port for 7 or 8 days before getting on a ship.

No need to talk to anybody!

* Go to this web site:
http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTracking/cargoTrack.do

* Select Auto Cargo

* Enter the VIN number as the cargo id

* If it's booked for a ship, then click the link next to the word 'Voyage'. This will give you the ship's itinerary and schedule.

I'm on ELEKTRA too!
