I'm pretty sure you can forget the rest of the NoVa area dealers once you call him. I doubt you'll do better.
edited to add: as the two posts below show, Joern is worth coming from some distance to deal with. Fortunately for me, it wasn't a distance.

I also vote for Joern. Just completed an ED with him, it went flawlessly. The price we agreed on in August, was the price I paid in Nov. No changes, no hidden charges, no BS. Now I anxiously await re-delivery

I flew to DC from Missouri to work with Joern, drove my car back, and he still beat the best local deal by far. Plus he's German, and knows the ED process inside and out.
