Noddy | The terms of the program state one per year. I don't recall if it says every 12 months or per year. I suppose if the terms don't say 'every 12 mos.' than it would be interpreted as calendar year.

In addition, BMW can and will make exceptions (there is also a one per household per year rule and we have had multiple individuals here who have gotten approval for twin european deliveries, so to speak).

I suspect it's a rule they have not so much to enforce it always but rather to enforce it if someone's abusing it (or they suspect so much)--one could imagine a used car dealer setting up a pretty good business flying an employee over to pick up ED cars and reselling them almost immediately for a fair profit. And I don't mean you Beewang.
