 ED Routing

OK I finally sat down and tried to decide where I am heading. Any feedback both positive and negative gladly accepted.

Monday the 14th Munich pick-up

Tues. the 15th Munich - Salzburg RT, so that I can do the Factory tour on Tues evening. This drive will be just a "warm-up" to get a feel for the car.

Wed the 16th Munich - Innsbruck - Vaduz - St. Moritz? or should I go west then south via (A96 and A13)?

Thurs. the 17th. St. Mortiz-Lake Como (Bellagio) area-Lugano

Friday the 18th Lugano-Luzern

Sat. the 19th Luzern-Zurich

Sunday the 20th Zurich; dry run to the rendevous point

Monday the 21st drop-off car and ZRH-IAD-SFO

TIA

Unless you're not planning on getting out of the car at any of these destinations, it seems like to many cities. I'd pick 2 or 3 places you want to visit, and leave it at that.

Stopping for gas, the toilet and food is all.

This is strictly about driving the car.

However, I'll probably end-up winging it as I go along.

Thanks for the feedback.

Nice itinery from Munich to St. Moritz is

Speed down A 95 to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Lermoos, Fernpass, Nassereith, Imst and then along River Inn upward to St. Moritz.

At the austrian/swiss border you can climb up to Samnaun. There you will get the cheapest gas and other stuff because it's duty free there.

OK great thanks for the tip. I was also considering that but kind of wanted to swing-by Innsbruck, but I think I'll take your recommendation.

How long/far of a drive? Is it do-able in 1-day?
