A friend in Germany wants me to visit so I checked out fares from San Diego to Frankfurt in early November. I hold a booking for....get this: $393.00 plus tax ($489 total) roundtrip and that's 777 service both ways (DFW-FRA) and only one stop in Dallas. Yikes....with deals like that I'm keeping my FF miles for another day. EDIT: See post #14 below...got the ticket for even less!! Way to go American Airlines  |

I selected various dates in early Nov returning mid Nov. I selected the search by "fares" rather than "schedule" if that helps.

But I do travel on AA a lot - love their 777, esp. the Flagship Suites.
