European side mirrors
Has anyone had luck obtaining European-style convex side mirrors when picking up a car in Munich? I am taking delivery of a 5-series next month. For the 3-series that I am now reluctantly selling (she's been a great car), I purchased replacement side mirrors from a dealer here in the States for about $90 each. I suppose I could do the same again, but I would prefer to receive them as original equipment and save the $180. I've posed the question to my dealer, and I'm waiting for an answer. Any suggestions or experience would be appreciated.
