I have one in my E46 and it's pretty slick... though I wish I had an MID in the cluster like you E39 guys...

I just installed one in my car a couple weeks ago. It's really nice. I'm thinking doing the same mod for the other touring.

I have my V1 concealed display located in the far left corner of where the dash and windshield meet...very nice spot...akin almost to where the HUD is on the E60.
