Gentleman,

I have a 2000 540iA with Sport Suspension. I am getting a popping noise, plus can feel the popping vibration through the steering wheel from time to time. I believe it may be the front, lower rear control arm, where it attaches to the frame. Not real sure just yet. Not real sure if the ball joint would send the popping vibration into the steering column.

I first want to verify that all the attach point bolts are torqued to spec.

Can someone provide the torque specs for each of the front and rear lower control arms for the left front suspension for the 540i? I do not have the repair manuals and would appreciate the help from someone who does.
