When Ever I turn my car on to start it the Air conditioning comes on, even if I turn it off right before I stop the engine... Any tips to make it stop?

Roll down your windows. Then the car will remember.

just roll them down, and then roll them back up?

If you turn off your car with the AC off and you have the windows down, then the computer remembers the AC is off...
