This is the first time I've leased a car & first time with a BMW... am about ready to lock up a 545 and was hoping to "reality check" some of the details to see if they seem in line:

They are killing you on the money factor. You should be able to get the base money factor of .0010. like I did.

Thanks in advance | I'm trying to do a lease myself up here in Toronto Canada. Couple of questions for you...
(1) This is a BMW Financial offered deal? 59% residual? I'm only getting 54% here!
(2) Is your final $775 payment inclusive of tax?
