2006 550
I was just at the dealer pricing the new 550, which I will be ordering in a couple of weeks. I added the following options. SMG, SPORT PACKAGE, COLD WEATHER PACKAGE, PREMIUM SOUND, ACTIVE STEERING, COMFORT ACCESS, POWER SHADE, COMFORT SEATS, NAVIGATION SYSTEM, HEAD UP DISPLAY, SATTELITE RADIO, I got the price down to $67,500.00, does this seem like a good price, and does anyone know what the residual will be. Dealer didnt have that info yet.
Thanks B.L.

I know, b/c I did. Unfortunatley I couldn't stand the size of the 745i and sold. Personally, I think the '05 745i is a nicer design than the '06 750. That back tail with the horizontal braking lights defined the car as different from a 3 or a 5. Now, from a distance I can't tell a 3 from a 5 from a 7.

I think that a 2006 would be a better purchase from a resale value point, and also there are no 2005s left, and so are gone their insentives. I would never pay over $50,000 for a fully loaded mid size car, BMW must be out of their mind with these prices.
